The IP Seal
The IP Coalition seeks to cultivate public awareness of and respect for Intellectual Property Rights.
To achieve this, the IP Coalition partners with businesses, which, as a matter of policy and practice, observe such standards consistent with IP promotion and protection, and projects them to the world as IP Icons, models of best business practices.
The badge of the IP Icons is the IP Seal. The IP Seal conveys the message that the products and services offered by IP Icons are assured of quality, safety, excellence and legitimacy of source or origin.
The IP Seal was designed by no less than the world-class Filipino artist, Joe
Datuin, recipient of the Grand Award, Olympic Art and Sports Contest of the
International Olympic Committee, Sculpture Category, during the 2008 Beijing
Olympics. Mr. Datuin bested artists from thirty-six countries with his winning
masterpiece, "Dancing Rings," which reinterprets the traditional Olympic logo as
the "flight of the athletic spirit."
